HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE 

• Provide end-user support for daily operations of ERP system
• Support ERP system implementation, change request and process improvement
• Conduct system troubleshooting for system issues or bugs
• Act as a bridge between end-user and software vendor
• Conduct UAT and QA to ensure that Microsoft D365 change requests and implementations meet the requirements and business needs
• Maintain user guidelines and documents

WHO YOU ARE

• Diploma or above in Computer Science / Information Technology
• Good knowledge of any IT application systems
• Minimum 1 year of system analyst experience
• Self-motivated, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
