Job Description
Our client is an international constrution material company, to cope with their business expansion, they are seeking for an experienced and dynamic International Business Development Director to lead our growth initiatives in the their industry. This role will be pivotal in driving our company's expansion, fostering strategic partnerships, and enhancing our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in business development within the construction or retail facade sector, coupled with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing long-term client relationships.

- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve the company’s growth objectives in the retail facade market.
- Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including building relationships with architects, builders, developers, and retailers.
- Sales Management: Lead the sales team in achieving sales targets, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
- Partnerships: Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the retail and construction industries.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present detailed business proposals, bids, and contracts in alignment with client requirements and company capabilities.
- Brand Promotion: Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote our brand and services.
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities and expanding existing client accounts.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and develop the business development team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities, sales performance, and market conditions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the construction or facade industry.
