Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the planning, design, construction and operation of the enterprise-level big data platform, ensuring the performance, security and reliability of the big data platform, and promoting the construction and operation of big data core capabilities.

2. Formulate and promote the implementation of the company's data governance specifications and standards, lead the team to promote the entry of all data into the lake, build fusion models, unified indicator systems and data labels, and generate, improve, operate and evaluate data asset catalogs.

3. Responsible for the planning and design of big data application architecture, review and promote data application needs, support various data application projects of management, business departments and overseas front-line, explore data value, and drive business development with data.

4. Write high-quality documentation, reports, and presentations related to big data architecture, data governance strategies, policies, and project outcomes.

5. Stay abreast of the development trends in big data and AI technologies, and be responsible for the planning, design, and continuous evolution of related technology architectures.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, information technology, big data, AI, Management Science or related disciplines.

2. More than 10 years of experience in big data platform construction, data governance, and data analysis and mining. Those with experience in the telecommunications industry are preferred, and those with AI experience are preferred.

3. Proficient in big data platform and data warehouse model design, familiar with data governance methodology, and experience in large-scale enterprise-level big data platform, data warehouse construction and data governance project management.

4. Familiar with the Hadoop ecosystem, including but not limited to the practical application of modules and tools such as HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, HBase, Spark, Doris, FineBI, etc., and relevant experience in massive data processing and processing.

5. Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to effectively cooperate with cross-functional teams, good learning ability, problem-solving ability and analytical ability, strong sense of responsibility, and able to work efficiently under pressure.

6. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, with strong written communication skills, capable of producing high-quality documentation, reports, and presentations related to big data architecture, data governance strategies, policies, and project outcomes.
