Our client is a leading global insurer, looking for a high-calibre candidate to support finance operation. The candidate MUST have the solid experience in handling account receivable, or credit control-related activities.

Responsibilities:

• Support daily insurance operation, including unallocated cash, overdue premiums, and bad debts.
• Follow up on overdue transactions while facilitating communication and solutions with the team.
• Manage reconciliations for bank accounts and balance sheet items, ensuring timely clearance of receivables, suspense accounts, and any unreconciled items.
• Prepare monthly aging reports and general monthly statements.
• Recommend and assist in documenting and implementing procedures and systems to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance or other related disciplines
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in credit control or accounts receivable within the insurance industry or insurance brokerage
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediate availability preferred
