Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manager the project team to achieve the present KPI.
  • Monitor and supervise the installation progress to ensure the completion of project in safe manner, on time and within budget.
  • Plan the schedule and allocate resources for modernization projects.
  • Assist in the selection process of subcontractors, vendor and monitor their performance throughout the project lift cycle.
  • Liaise with internal parties and factory to resolve on-site technical and products encountered issues.
  • Attend various meetings with customers, consultants and subcontractors for all project issue.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering. 
  • 8 years or above work experience in lift engineering and relevant working experience in project management.
  • Excellent project management skill.
  • Strong decision-making and communication skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
