How you will make an impact: 

• Perform daily administrative tasks and clerical support to the property management office
• Prepare management reports, incident reports, quotation, tender documents, etc.
• Prepare data entry, updating and filing document
• Coordinate with Internal and External parties
• Other ad-hoc job as assigned

What we are looking for:  

• HKCEE / DSE or above 
• Holder of Security Personnel Permit and QAS Certificate is an advantage
• Good command of both spoken English & Chinese
• Detail minded, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoints and Chinese Word Processing
