Job Description


The incumbent will be leading a sizable sales force to drive revenue growth through strategic business development and key account partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve corporate sales targets and business goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to maximize productivity and success.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate sector and various B2B sales channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate accounts and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to drive new product development initiatives.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of work experience in B2B/ Corporate Sales with a successful track record in driving business growth, developing key account relations and acquiring new businesses.
  • Prior experience in selling any kind of office solutions/ services with a strong network with major decision makers such as corporate procurement team, HR, office managers, admin managers, is required.
  • At least 8 years of experience in a leadership role with strong experience in leading and coaching a sizable sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese) is required.
