Job Description
Job Duties
- Liaise with internal and external departments, including teammates, sales and customers to arrange the schedule of piano tuning.
- Coordinate, monitor and guide the technicians to ensure their services level can achieve the company requirements.
- Maintain accurate record in system.
- Enhance Customer Loyalty level.
- Monitor daily customer services and handle exception cases.
- Participate in system application and optimization assistance.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma holder or above in any discipline.
- At least 1 year CS / Sales experience.
- Experience in aftersales services is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of CRM system, public transport or HK route arrangement is an advantage.
- Typing speed at least 30WPM in Chinese.
- Detail-minded and able to handle multi-tasks under pressure.
- A good team player with can-do attitude.
- Average 5 days work per week.
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as CS Assistant Officer.
