Job Nature:
- Setup, maintain & support hardware and software environment in client sites
- Provide workstation installation and software deployment, upgrade and troubleshooting
- Provide end-user support in operating workstations, printers and peripherals
- To isolate IT related problem and escalate to the next level support when required
- Provide tasks management and escalation, coordination with service providers for service delivery

Requirements:
- Rich experience in various hardware installation, network and printer setup and troubleshooting
- Practical experience of field services (retail stores, office, warehouse etc.)
- Familiar with Microsoft Windows installation, configuration and troubleshooting
- Knowledge in firewall, router and switch installation and configuration.
- Highly responsible, able to work independently and communicate effectively with business end-user
- Strong analytical, problems solving, communication and tasks management skills
