Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Bubble Tea Specialist to join our team. This role involves developing and perfecting bubble tea recipes, ensuring quality control, and training our staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and refine innovative bubble tea recipes.
- Maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
- Train staff on preparation techniques and customer service.
- Oversee daily operations related to bubble tea production.
- Manage inventory and sourcing of ingredients.
- Collaborate with marketing to promote our bubble tea offerings.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Experience in the food and beverage industry, particularly with bubble tea.
