We, a Hong Kong based SME for IT software selling and providing solutions consultancy services with energetic and friendly work environment, is now seeking for a high caliber individual to join our team as Accounting Manager.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts and responsible for daily accounting operation for various HK and overseas accounts
• Prepare and consolidate monthly management accounts and financial analysis to Management
• Review accounting team for month-end closing journals, reconciliations and schedules
• Prepare budget and cash flow forecast and control report
• Assist Management to monitor the P&L for each projects/department
• Proactive advice to Department Managers in accounting & operational perspective for promoting steady business growth and boosting revenue
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure company practices are aligned with statutory requirements
• Liaise with the department managers, auditors, bankers, taxation and government officials
• Report to the Director and being Head for Accounting Department with lean team structure 

Qualifications & experience

• Degree holder in Finance or Accounting with CPA qualification
• At least 10 years relevant experience in financial accounting, management accounting and consolidation, in which having minimum 5 years’ experience in external audit/ CPA firm/ SME
• Hand on experience in MYOB and proficient in Office365/ERP is a plus
• Well versed with accounting principles
• With supervisory experience to lead a small team will be preferred
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
• Strong Business sense and ability to work in dynamic environment
• Ability to work under pressure & independently with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experience can be considered for Assistant Accounting Manager
