We're partnering with a reputable NGO in finding a newly created External Communications Director with a focus on the organization's public reporting for their growing team

The individual will be responsible in collaborating with different internal stakeholders to collect and consolidate data (qualitative and quantitative) and develop publications to articulate a clear, precise and transparent message to the public and/or institutions on the Organization's social & community contributions, purpose, vision, upcoming actions/strategies and performance in their different areas' of cause.

• To consolidate and develop the different types of annual corporate reporting publications targeting at the general public and institutional bodies to ensure transparency
• Develop high quality and detailed publications bench marking with other renowned corporates, conglomerates, institutions to ensure clear and precise messaging and publications
• Collaboration with internal divisions/stakeholders to consolidate data and content to develop publications illustrating and showcasing the different activities from various departments/functions on both a quality and quantitative level
• Collaboration with external consultants to ensure publications are delivered in a timely manner aligning with Organization's standard, expectations and clear messaging communications
• Responsible for certain content creation and development with corporate affairs division to ensure publications standards are aligned with Organization's brand identity

• Degree holder
• Minimum 10 years experiences, preferably in-house in a sizeable or listed organizations
• Open to candidates from Agency background with exposure to financial services or commercial organizations reporting and/or investor relations
• Candidates with copy-writing and/or editorial experience/background is a bonus
• focusing on developing annual reports (or related) for the general public and/or institutional bodies
• Experience in developing and producing annual report publications (or related topics) for the general public and/or institutional bodies
• Strong project management skills, time management, communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Can-do attitude, strong in multi-tasking, results-driven and detail minded
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese is preferred
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Associate Director.
