Job Responsibilities:

• Implement of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and ensure that current practices align with the Group ERM policies and procedures.
• Conduct operational risk assessments and implementing operational risk management models across all business lines and support functions.
• Support business and support functions in identifying, assessing, monitoring, controlling, mitigating, and reporting operational risks using operational risk management tools and reporting systems.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance the risk and compliance framework across all business activities, including engaging with business units and stakeholders to identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate risks.
• Provide advice on and review the risk management policy, annual plans, and operational procedures/manuals.
• Prepare risk management information reports for the CEO’s review.
• Assist with any ad-hoc projects or tasks assigned by the CEO.

Job Requirements:

• 10 years or more of experience in audit or operational risk roles 
• Experience in operational risk, and technology risk management is preferred.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Professional qualifications in audit or risk management are preferable.
