Responsibilities

• Drive sales to achieve company's assigned sales target;
• Assist Key Account Manager on managing the assigned key accounts and other distributors to maximize sales and profits;
• Plan & execute sales and marketing activities for assigned product portfolio to increase brand awareness, expand customer base, engagement and achieve sales target;
• Develop strategy and content for digital marketing & social media platforms and to evaluate effectiveness of different marketing campaigns;
• Proactively develop new distribution channels to ensure continuous business growth and expand market coverage;
• Perform sales analysis and gather market information for sales and marketing strategies' formulation;
• Manage internal designer & work closely with third parties for advertisements' production;
• Monitor A&P expenditure & product budget;
• Organize and support exhibitions, events & brand activities year-round
• Support ad-hoc projects and marketing activities as assigned.

Requirements

• University degree holder in Marketing, Health Technology / Nutriology / Biology Chemistry or related discipline;
• At least 3-5 years' working experience in FMCG / Health Supplement / Skin Care Industry;
• Working experience in key account and brand management will be an advantage;
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Creative, detail oriented, outgoing and result-oriented with excellent interpersonal communication skill;
• Able to work under pressure with multi-tasking skill, willing to learn;
• High sense of responsibility, mature and self-initiative;
• Excellent PC skills;
