Job Duties:

• Prepare BIM drawings and models based on the engineer's instruction
• Modify and update BIM deliverables for projects
• Federating and coordinating the BIM models received from  different disciplines 
• Perform any other reasonable ad hoc assignments

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• 2-3 years experience in BIM in E&M installation/ system
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently with good problem-solving skills
