As the Senior Marketing Executive for ESDlife, you will be responsible for crafting and implementing holistic marketing strategies that align with the brand's overall objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and manage integrated campaigns that leverage marketing communications, advertising, trade partnerships, and strategic alliances to reach and engage our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead the implementation of integrated marketing strategies and campaigns for the ESDlife brand, including but not limited to marketing communications, advertising, trade, and partnerships
• Contribute to the overall marketing strategy and planning process, providing data-driven recommendations on the most effective marketing channels, tactics and resources allocation
• Create and oversee the production of high-quality marketing content and advertising assets to ensure consistent and impactful brand messaging across all marketing touchpoints. 
• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with relevant trade organizations, media outlets, and other complementary brands to expand the reach and visibility of ESDlife
• Manage co-marketing and partnership initiatives to amplify the brand's impact
• Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights and recommendations to continuously improve marketing efforts
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging marketing technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and enhancement
• Mentor and provide support to junior members of the marketing team, helping to develop their skills and capabilities
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a marketing role, with a strong focus on marketing communications, advertising, trade, and partnerships
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful, integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Excellent strategic and creative thinking skills, with the ability to craft impactful messaging and content
• Extensive experience in managing trade partnerships and leveraging strategic alliances to drive brand visibility and growth
• Effective project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Passion for marketing, creativity, and a keen eye for detail
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Marketing Manager
