This position would take a professional role in providing training services to K12 schools in Hong Kong. The training specialist is responsible for local school students and teachers' training on eLearning tools / STEM education (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) and carrying out evaluations on STEM solutions and equipment.

STEM products include coding, science learning, robotics, and electronics while eLearning tools include Apple applications, teaching, and learning tools.

Training Specialists would take the lead in conducting classes and workshops independently. The candidate would continuously evaluate new technology education products, prepare learning and teaching materials, and ensure an effective learning experience.

Your role:

• Conduct professional education workshops with good presentation and communication skills
• Passionate in technology and creatively apply in eLearning/STEM education
• Carry out course design and teaching plans for eLearning/STEM courses.
• Evaluate, test, and study the latest STEM equipment and tools.
• Design workshops, activities, and STEM competitions also act as project anchors.
• Liaise with external training partners to deliver quality training to schools.

To succeed in this role:

• Degree holder in Education /Computer Science/ IT / Engineering related
• 1+ years’ experience in student class teaching and training; fresh graduate is also welcome.
• Candidates with solid STEM experience and knowledge will have an added advantage.
• Enthusiastic in engaging with school teachers and students in various activities
• Detail-oriented in workshop planning activities and documentation
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Systematic and well-planning manner
• A good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
