Job Description

The job holder is responsible for supporting the Airline Planning Manager in long term strategy planning and new routes development based on new fleet plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in HKA’s long term strategic plan by conducing research and analysis to align with company’s goals; 
• Assist in evaluate new route opportunities through feasibility assessments and make recommendations to support business expansion; 
• Collaborate with external partners to pursue charter operations projects that drive revenue growth; and 
• Cultivate relationships with airport authorities, aviation authorities and related regulatory bodies to advance strategic initiatives and routes development. 

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above;
• At least 7 years of working experience in aviation industry;  
• Familiar with the global civil aviation industry (with commercial background will be an advantage); 
• Strong data analysis skills are required;
• Experience and skills in contract management and project management is preferred; 
• Strong business negotiation abilities and skills; 
• Strong ability to collaborate and work as part of a team;
• Ability to work under pressure; and 
• Good command of English and Chinese, and Cantonese, Putonghua is required as well.
