A Well-Established European Corporate bank is looking for a Senior Associate with 5 years experience to join their Credit Administration Team.


Your new role

• Review credit approvals for credit limit control/ setting up and covenants monitoring;
• Prepare and draft corporate loan (Bilateral and Syndication Loans) agreements and collateral documents;
• Delivery credit administration/ loan documents drafting and review;
• Support and renew loan documentation;
• Prepare internal management reports and external regulatory reports;
• Assist in the global system project, clerical tasks and admin work;
• Ensure daily execution of loan documentation and compliance in accordance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor Degree holder with relevant working experience;
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience with credit administration, credit limit control and collateral monitoring;
• Good command and communication skills in written and spoken Chinese, Cantonese, English and Mandarin;
• Experience in loan documentation such as bilateral loan and syndication loan;
• Solid knowledge of standard and non-standard corporate loan documentation.
