Job Description
Qualifications & experience
- At least 2 years of experience in the financial industry
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Financial Engineering or related field
- Expertise in the field of equity and futures products, understanding of the workflow from front to back office in financial institutions is preferred
- Good technical troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Proactive and team-oriented
- Familiar with JAVA technology stack, development experience is a plus
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is preferred
Tasks & responsibilities
- Provide 1st/2nd line support for retail trading platforms (stocks, futures, stock options and VA)
- Upgrade and follow up on permanent fixes for development related issues
- Liaise and manage software vendors
- Work closely with development and QA teams to troubleshoot issues
- Improve system support documentation and user guidance
