Job Description

Qualifications & experience

  • At least 2 years of experience in the financial industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Financial Engineering or related field
  • Expertise in the field of equity and futures products, understanding of the workflow from front to back office in financial institutions is preferred
  • Good technical troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Proactive and team-oriented
  • Familiar with JAVA technology stack, development experience is a plus
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is preferred

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Provide 1st/2nd line support for retail trading platforms (stocks, futures, stock options and VA)
  • Upgrade and follow up on permanent fixes for development related issues
  • Liaise and manage software vendors
  • Work closely with development and QA teams to troubleshoot issues
  • Improve system support documentation and user guidance
