Responsibilities:

• Act as the trusted business partner to provide HR advice and solutions to internal stakeholders.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job advertisement posting, sourcing, screening, arranging & conducting interviews, salary benchmarking, hiring proposal preparation, offer extension, HRIS administration, etc.
• Ensure data accuracy in HRIS and consolidate relevant data from multiple sources for timely reporting and analysis purposes.
• Assist in the implementation of HR strategies, policies, procedures and guidelines and annual exercises.
• Ensure compliance of all HR practices in accordance with company policy, local legislative and regulatory requirements for HK.
• Cross BP team support and participate in ad-hoc projects as required.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• Degree in Human Resources / Business Management or other related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experiences in fast-paced environment and sizable matrix organization will be an advantage.
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related legislations.
• Responsible, well-organized, detail-minded and flexible in dealing with ambiguous.
• Self-starter, independent but also team player a must.
• Proficiency of Microsoft Office applications.
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
