职位描述:

1、Consultation Service and Process Optimization: Build and maintain an efficient consultation platform, provide personalized consultation, accelerate business transactions, optimize processes, and improve efficiency and quality. 2、Operation Strategy and Execution: Formulate and implement operation plans, ensure compliance, promote new initiatives, and support business growth. 

3、Team and Project Management: Lead the team for efficient operation, provide sales and administrative support; lead project planning, execution and monitoring, and demonstrate excellent management capabilities. 

4、Channel Operation Support: Improve the channel system, construct channel portraits, and formulate strategies; establish and maintain channel service groups, respond to demands, and provide standardized and value-added services. 

5、Budget and Compliance Control: Manage the budget to ensure reasonable expenditures; strengthen internal control, covering compliance, auditing, and risk management to ensure the stability of the business.

4、渠道運營支持：完善渠道體系，構建渠道畫像，制定策略；建立並維護渠道服務群，響應需求，提供標準化及增值服務。 

5、預算與合規管控：管理預算，確保合理支出；強化內控，涵蓋合規、審計、風險管理，保障業務穩健。

职位要求:

1、Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to economics, finance, insurance, management or related majors. 

2、Language Skills: Fluent in Chinese, English and Cantonese, with no barriers in cross-cultural communication. 

3、Competencies: Strong communication, interpersonal and project management skills; high business acumen, and proficient in using office software for data analysis.

4、Work Experience: Relevant internship experience is preferred. 

5、Personal Qualities: Strong sense of responsibility, good teamwork, and adaptability to a fast-paced working environment. 

1、本科及以上，經濟、金融、保險、管理或相關專業優先。 

2、中英文及粵語流利，跨文化交流無障礙。 

3、強溝通、人際交往與項目管理能力； 

4、商業敏銳度高，能熟練使用辦公軟件進行數據分析。

5、責任心強，團隊合作佳，適應快節奏工作環境。
