Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify, qualify, and engage potential enterprise clients, focusing on their financial software needs.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client requirements.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and negotiate terms effectively.
  • Monitor market trends and provide insights to enhance product offerings.
  • Track sales performance metrics and report on progress regularly.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), specifically with financial modules
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and software applications.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and close high-value deals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter with a results-driven approach and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
