Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify, qualify, and engage potential enterprise clients, focusing on their financial software needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and negotiate terms effectively.
- Monitor market trends and provide insights to enhance product offerings.
- Track sales performance metrics and report on progress regularly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), specifically with financial modules
- Strong understanding of financial processes and software applications.
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and close high-value deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-starter with a results-driven approach and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
