2D & 3D Draftman

Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate holder in CAD / Technical drawing or related disciplines;
• Relevant drafting experience is highly preferred;
• Experience in residential & commercial projects is a plus;
• Capable of handling full set technical drawings is an advantage;
• Proficient in AutoCAD,  SketchUp, Vray, Enscape, PS, MS Office;
• Good in communication and time management;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;

Assistant Interior Design/ Interior Designer

Requirements:

• 2-5years experience in residential & commercial projects; 
• Good in communication and time management;
• Strong self-disciplines, well organized and responsible;
• Proactive thinking/ planning;
• Site co-ordination & project management experience is a preferred;
• Proficient in AutoCAD,  SketchUp, Vray, Enscape, PS, MS Office;
• Able to handle full set of working drawings independently;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Immediate availability is highly preferred ;
• Candidate with less experience will consider as Assistant Interior Designer.
