全職學徒 (Kitchen Apprentice)

職責 (Responsibilities):

• 準備及製作食物 Wash and prepare ingredients 
• 支援/負責烹調 Assist food preparation
• 協助主廚工作 Assist and support Chef’s kitchen duties 
• 清潔廚房及處理廚房一般雜務 Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and areas 
• 收貨及點算食材 Responsible for stock inventory and manage delivery 

要求 (Requirements):

• 一年或以上相關經驗 Minimum 1-year relevant experience
• 工作時間：每天9小時, 輪班制 (Working Hours: 9hrs per day, shift duties required)  
• 可即時上班優先考慮 immediately available is highly preferred

二廚 (Chef de Partie) 

職責 (Responsibilities):

• 負責協助領班廚師日常相關工作 Responsible and support Sous Chef’s daily issues 
• 負責所有類別的食材量產及準備工作 Responsible for food preparation and classification
• 監控食物品質及環境衛生 Supervise food quality and sanitations 
• 安排人手調配及培訓員工 Supervise and training staffs 

要求 (Requirements):

• 兩年或以上相關經驗 Minimum 2 years relevant experience
• 工作時間：每天9小時, 輪班制 (Working Hours: 9hrs per day, shift duties required) 
• 對工作有熱誠及能獨立工作 Passionate and able to work independently 
• 可即時上班優先考慮 immediately available is highly preferred
