Job Description
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in effective administration routines
- Excellent English and Chinese proficiency
- Demonstrated ability in team management
- Independent and resourceful
Responsibilities:
- Establish our presence in the dance education market
- Develop marketing initiatives to attract students and clients
- Budget Management: Create and manage budgets ; Maintain accurate financial records
- Program Planning and Development: Design and implement outreach programs; Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance public awareness of the performing arts.
- Presentations and Interactions: Organize presentations and events; Build relationships with clients and partners.
- Dance Competitions and Performances: Coordinate dance competitions and performances; Expand clientele and industry partnerships.
- Collaboration with NGOs and Partners: Work closely with NGOs and partners for mutual benefit.
