Job Responsibilities

• Report to the CEO and Group HR, act as a business partner to provide full spectrum of HR supports in Hong Kong and overseeing the offices in APAC, including Greater China and North Asia.
• Provide support in annual HR exercises & projects, such as budgeting, salary review, performance management, and manpower planning.
• Support in reviewing HR policies and procedures to meet business requirements and to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR initiatives that support business objectives and promote employee engagement.
• Maintain and update daily HR database and staff records. 
• Close liaison with Italy HR team.
• Act as business partner for market expansion and new office set up.
• Assist in ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

1. Degree holder in Human Resources / Business Management or related disciplines
2. At least 5 years of HR operational experience in HR, with a preference for exposure to the retail or FMCG sectors.
3. Strong numerical and data analysis skills.
4. Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin with strong communications, interpersonal and presentation skills to work in a fast pace environment.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
6. Immediate availability is preferred.
