Job description:
We are currently seeking candidates to join its Sales team in Hong Kong.
As a Key Account Manager, you´ll be responsible for maintaining and expanding a long-term & robust relationship with your customers by continuously ensure to offer a service that meet their needs & requirements. To do so, you’ll develop a keen understanding of their expectations, our product range and the dairy market.
- Ensure products performance:
- To follow sales trend of our range in the different channels
- To monitor sales against stock level & supply chain updates. Be the middleman between internal logisitc team and customer
- To pro-actively implement solution to correct sales performance
- Monitor the full promotion of our range in all channels :
- To propose and monitor the monthly promotion plan proposal to customer
- To initiate additional or specific promotional activities, based on stock and shlef life status
- To ensure the follow up and analysis
- New product launch execution with retailers (in accordance with Retail Manager)
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with assigned deli-counters key accounts
- Environment analysis
- Define competitive product range & estimate volume potential
- Successfully launch NPD’s and follow up PO
- Excel in account management to build a durable relationship for long term development
Reporting line: Retail Manager
Internal relationships: Commercial Team, Supply Chain team, Trade & Marketing department, Customer Service Management team

Requirements:
- Working experience of minimum 2-4 years in account management within F&B
- Supply chain/logistic knowledge is a plus
- Fluent in Cantonese & good in English
- Computer literate (excel is essential)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal & presentation skills, with a real team spirit
- Sales-oriented, results-minded and customer-focus
- Self-motivated, self-starter and energetic with ‘can-do’ & positive attitude
- Pragmatic, responsive and agile
