Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily system monitoring and technical support for Windows/Linux platforms
• Installation, configuration and testing on server hardware and system software

Requirements:  

• Diploma in Computer Science / Information System or related disciplines
• Certificate in Microsoft / Cisco / Juniper is an advantage
• 3+ years working experience in network support / administration role
• Hands on experience in Linux Server, MS Windows Server 2003 / 2008, Active Directory, MS Exchange Server 2010, MS SQL, MS Sharepoint and VMware
• Knowledge of TCPIP, SAN, firewall, switch, router, VLAN, WAN and VPN
• Good analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in English and Cantonese preferable
• Willing to work overtime in off-hours occasionally
