Job Description:

• Conduct Market Research: Gather and analyze market data to provide valuable insights to internal stakeholders, aiding in strategic decision-making.
• Digital Marketing Management: 
  - Calendar Oversight: Manage the digital marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution of campaigns across various channels. 
  - Channel Analysis: Monitor and analyze performance metrics across digital channels, optimizing strategies based on data insights. 
  - Data Reporting: Generate reports detailing campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Social Media and Online Advertising: Develop, plan, and execute engaging social media and online advertising campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive conversion
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the Brand and Sales teams to align digital strategies with overall business objectives.
• Ad Hoc Marketing Support: Undertake any additional marketing responsibilities delegated by line manager, ensuring timely and effective execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of robust experience in integrated marketing, digital marketing, and campaign management.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
• Demonstrated high performance, with the ability to multitask effectively and thrive under pressure.
• Familiarity with eCommerce practices is advantageous.
• Essential expertise in SEO, SEM, and data analysis.
• Knowledge of multimedia design is a welcomed asset.
