Job Description
Town House has been operating for over 60 years in Hong Kong. Town House is a Hong Kong retailer, wholesaler and distributor of branded tableware and home accessories, representing numerous leading brands in Hong Kong including Riedel, Alessi, Nachtmann, Maxwell & Williams, Bohemia Crystal, Dartington Crystal, Royal Scot, Zanetto, Carrs Silver and many others.
We have 9 retail locations across Hong Kong and Macau, including in Prince’s Building, K11 Art Mall, SOGO, Wing On and Yata, in addition to a wholesale division that supplies the top hotels and restaurants in Hong Kong and Macau.
Job Duties:
- To assist with customer servicing and basic office administration
- Provide sales administrative support to the sales team
- Handling telephone calls and inquiries
- Ad-hoc tasks
Requirements:
- Knowledge in MS Office, Word & Excel
- Customer oriented
- Able to communicate in English and Chinese
- Sales and customer service experience is preferred.
- Able to communicate in English and Chinese.
