Job Responsibilities:
- Understanding Customer Requirements: Through direct communication with clients and in-depth market research, understand their business needs and expectations for cloud services.
- Designing and Implementing Cloud Solutions: Based on the client's requirements, design and implement customized cloud solutions. This may include selecting appropriate cloud services, configuring and managing these services, and ensuring they meet the client's business needs.
- Collaborating with Sales, Technical, and Business Teams: Closely collaborate with the sales, technical, and business teams to ensure our cloud services meet the client's expectations. This may involve coordinating the work of the sales and technical teams to ensure our cloud services meet the client's requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve our cloud service solutions by gathering feedback and monitoring key performance indicators.
Job Requirements:
- Cloud Service Experience: At least 5 years of experience in managing cloud service solutions, including designing, implementing, and managing cloud solutions.
- Technical Knowledge: Possess in-depth understanding of various aspects of cloud computing, including cloud services, cloud architecture, cloud security, and cloud compliance.
- Teamwork: Ability to work closely with sales, technical, and business teams to ensure our cloud services meet the client's expectations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to quickly analyze and resolve complex cloud service issues.
