Our client “Spatial Concept Limited" is seeking an Interior Designer join their company!  

What you’ll be doing?   

• Lead the creation of innovative concept designs, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry trends. 
• Develop and optimize spatial layouts to enhance functionality and aesthetics. 
• Oversee the progression from concept to detailed design, selecting appropriate materials and finishes. 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, effectively communicating design ideas and project updates. 
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. 
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentation materials to effectively convey design concepts to clients. 
• Produce detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation for tendering and construction purposes. 
• Oversee site activities to ensure design integrity and quality standards are maintained during construction. 

Who are they looking for? 

• A passion for design and creativity. 
• Diploma or Degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or related disciplines. 
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate interior design. 
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. 
• Strong communication and presentation skills. 
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities. 
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, and PowerPoint. 
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
