Our client “中合置業有限公司” is seeking a Senior Contract Manager (Quantity Surveying) to join their company!  

What you’ll be doing?   

• Assist project team to provide quantity surveying services for cost monitoring/control, tendering, procurement and contract administration in compliance with internal policies and procedures;
• Prepare draft bidding documents for procurement of consultancies;
• Conduct pre contract cost control particularly on preparation/technical checking of cost estimates, cost plans and cost analysis;
• Monitor tender exercise and vet tender documents and tender reports for compliance with internalpolicies and procedures;
• Monitor post contract administration including checking of payment valuation and cost estimates of variation works;
• Conduct vetting of final accounts;
• Assemble, collate and administer project cost data and assist preparation of annual budget.

Who are they looking for? 

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent;
• 6 years related experience in quantity surveying, preferably with local experience in large scale residential projects in QS consultancy or property developer;
• Professional qualification of MHKIS (QS) is a must;
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
• Less experiences will be considered as Contract Manager.
