Our client “中合置業有限公司” is seeking a Senior Brand Marketing Manager to join their company!  

What you’ll be doing?   

• Develop brand DNA and positioning strategies for a luxury residential project, aligning it with target market preferences
• Develop engaging content that tells the story of the real estate project, including brochures, blog posts, social media posts, and video content.
• Equip sales teams with the necessary tools for success. Guide and support the creation of effective industry-specific sales materials.
• Control A&P expenses and ensure effective and efficient use.
• Responsible for handling media enquiries, generating proactive media communications, developing and maintaining effective media relations with local and mainland media
• Oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive spanning various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing with emphasis on PR;
• Build relationships with local communities, influencers, and industry partners to enhance brand awareness and credibility

Who are they looking for? 

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Language or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in promotions and event coordination for luxury real estate project, with minimum 1 year at a supervisory level
• Branding Experience in a luxury residential project in Hong Kong is a must 
• Experience in digital marketing agencies / PR & event agencies is definitely an advantage
• Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, both written and spoken
• Highly motivated team player with a sense of accountability, capable of working independently
