We are looking for a Customer Care/Technical Support Executive to join our team, reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Customer Care. The role involves responding promptly and professionally to global customers who are using our warehouse automation solutions, ensuring a high quality of service.

Candidate will need to handle and collaborate with internal technical support and engineering teams to resolve customer issues, including hardware and system-related problems. For any complex cases, they may escalate to senior team members according to the standard workflows. Additionally, attending regular team meetings allows for task updates, sharing of unique cases, and discussions on improving after-sales service.

Candidates should hold a higher diploma or above in IT-related disciplines, or any other disciplines with relevant IT knowledge will also be considered. Experience in providing customer service or technical support to corporate clients is essential. Applicants should possess good communication skills and the ability to multitask, along with good command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin. Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing is required.

This is a shift role from Monday to Sunday (5-day work week), with the following schedules: (A) 07:00-14:00 and (B) 15:00-24:00.
