Responsibilities

• Assist in the annual fixed assets budget compilation, and monitor and report the budget execution monthly
• Perform due diligence on fixed asset investment, and provide comments to superior for reference.
• Consolidate and analyze fixed asset related data, and generate report to suit management needs and provide advices for reference.
• Carry out on-site and off-site inspection on fixed asset management
• Be familiar with the definition of system data and propose improvements on the data analysis model actively
• Comply with the internal regulation and obey the working arrangement as assigned by superior and support the team mutually and actively participate in various tasks
• Complete the tasks assigned by superiors and comply with data confidentiality strictly.
• Identify and control the existing and potential risks of daily work and report to superior in due course, formulate rectification plan and follow-up the execution to comply with the laws and rules of local regulatory authorities, bank’s policy and risk management measures. 
• Assist the compilation of division’s annual work plan based on scope of duty

Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Project Management, Statistics, Management Information System, Information Technology/Computing or related disciplines
• Professional qualification in HKICPA, ACCA, CFA, FRM, ACIB, ACIS, PMP would be an advantage
• 3 years or above working experience in Financial Accounting, Fixed Asset Management, Cost Budgetting or related areas is preferred.
• 3 years or above working experience in banking or other professional financial management experience is preferred.
• In-depth understanding of accounting standards and legal/guidance requirements of relevant regulatory agencies
• Relevant experience in financial analysis and writing analysis reports is preferred
• Good data analytical, report writing and project management skills, able to work under pressure with strong learning agility
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Good proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Word, Access and Powerpoint
