Responsibilities:

• Participate in management system development
• Conducts internal audit and follow up corrective action
• Assist in external audit and training program
• Prepares and controls management system related documents, e.g. SOPs, workforms and spreadsheets
• Assist in handling complaints 
• Participate in internal calibration activities
• Support quality assurance activities such as proficiency testing, license management, audits, etc.
• Perform any other ad hoc tasks assigned

Requirements: 

• Diploma or above in Science discipline
• Have working experience in management system e.g. ISO 17025, 17020 is advance. 
• Experience in calibration/ quality work is preferred
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Technical Officer
• Mature, independent and hardworking
• Good organization and communication skills
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
• Immediate available is highly preferred
