Responsibilities

• Report to Executive Chef
• Oversee day-to-day operation of the restaurant to deliver superior F&B service
• Handle Members’ bookings, enquiries and complains in a professional and prompt manner
• Coordinate with Kitchen team and other departments to ensure smooth operation
• Supervise the team’s performance through proper guidance and trainings
• Be responsible for team recruitment, roster preparation, operating budget and expenses management

Requirements

• Diploma or above in F&B Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience gained at luxury hotels, clubs or reputable restaurants
• Service-oriented with good communications and interpersonal skills
• Strong trainings, leadership and motivational skills
• Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English
