We are seeking an experienced Smart Solutions Manager to join our team and lead the implementation and ongoing support of Smart Solutions, which span multiple technical domains, including Software Applications, ICT, ELV, and AV. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, integrating, installing, configuring, and troubleshooting these solutions.

Smart Solutions involve the integration of software applications (Mobile Apps, Integrated Operations Centre Apps etc), ICT (networks, servers etc ), ELV (CCTV, Video Management System, Access Control etc ), Video Analytics, and AV solutions. Use cases covers Smart Buildings, Smart Campus, and Smart City, among others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate customer requirements and implement the Smart Solution
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/contractors to integrate and configure  Smart Solutions
• Provide system integration, technical support and troubleshooting for Smart Solutions
• Lead the preparation of detailed documentation on system designs, configurations, testing, acceptance and ongoing operation and maintenance manual
• Ensure all systems are functioning properly and meet relevant safety and security standards
• Provide end-user training on the operation and maintenance of Smart Solutions
• Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices
• Design and implement video analytics solutions to enhance the capabilities of CCTV systems (e.g., object detection, facial recognition, crowd monitoring)

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
• 8+ years of experience in the design, and integration of solutions span multiple technical domains.
• Strong system integration skill, good knowledge in the interface and protocol used in ICT, ELV or AV
• Hands-on experience in ICT or ELV or AV or software development.  Experience in more than one technical domain is highly desirable 
• Familiar with relevant industry standards and regulations
• Excellent analytical skill, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills with can-do attitude for complex technical solution
• Good customer facing and inter-personal skill
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
