Join our dynamic team at IDP Education Ltd, where your contributions will directly impact the educational journeys of students. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Examination Service Officer to play a crucial role in our examination services.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Assistant Examination Service Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Daily Examination Invigilation: Ensure a fair and smooth examination process by overseeing the conduct of exams.
- Coordination of Examination Services: Manage all aspects of examination services, including scheduling, logistics, and data management.
- Data Entry & Management: Accurately enter and maintain examination data, ensuring the integrity of our records.
Requirements:
We are seeking individuals who possess the following qualifications:
- Education: Higher Diploma, Associate Degree, or Degree holder in any discipline with at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Skills: Proactive, well-organized, and customer-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage tight schedules.
- Team Player: Reliable team player with good communication and presentation skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to use variety of software applications.
- Language Skills: Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
- Interest in Examination Invigilation: An interest and understands the required professionalism to execute examination invigilation work.
- Availability: Willingness to work on some Saturdays and Sundays.
