Job Description
Assistant Front Office Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist Front Office Manager to manage the front office operations;
- To response to guest comments and complaints relating to service standards and take necessary action to achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction;
- To represent management and take charge of situations and make necessary decisions in the absence of the senior management;
- Handles any emergency issues in a professional manner, reports any unusual incidents with appropriate follow up.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Front Office operations with at least 3 years in supervisory level;
- Pleasant, energetic with positive service attitude and excellent interpersonal skills;
- Good communication skills in both English and Chinese including Putonghua.
