About the Company 

Our client is a renowned Street Fashion label. To cope with market expansion management is looking for a strategic and sales driven Retail Director / Senior Retail Manager to lead and support the retail sales & operation of the Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan market.
 

About the Role

Reporting to the CEO, this role will be highly involved in the sales management of 15+ retail stores. You will be responsible from planning stage, analysing and reviewing existing sales data as well as establishments; and follow through to rolling out the strategic sales plans, managing the progress and ensuring the enhancement of the overall retail Sales & Operations function.  

Our client will be expecting the Retail Director to lead and further strengthen the overall business performance of the brand through actively strategizing with top management and closely collaborating with other departments such as . Design & Product Development team. You will be expected to fine-tune existing sales performance to achieve higher sales performance and operations efficiency. 

Requirements

• Degree holder with a proven track record of success with any multinational retail label (Management Trainee background will be highly preferred) 
• Minimal of 10 years  retail management experience with at least 3 years at a managerial level
• Strong commercial sense and understanding towards the Asia retail markets, specifically HK, MO & TW markets.
• Experience in multi-store management and ability to lead a large team is a must 
• Strong and personable leadership 
• Numerically sensitive with ability to communicate with top management 
• Strategic, resourceful, and self-motivated with proven problem solving skills
• Profiles with less experience can be considered as Senior Manager
• Excellent verbal and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese (any other spoken language will be an advantage)
