One of the most reputable institutions in Hong Kong and Great China Area, our client is looking for Work Supervisor (BS) and Assistant Building Services Inspector (ABSI) to work on their newly-awarded and large-scale building projects.

Work Supervisor (BS) 

Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for the supervision of the construction works 
• Manage and monitor the site activities conforming to the Employer’s Requirements, ArchSD General Specification, Site Administration Handbook (SAH), relevant BSEN and Code of Practice or other documents as specified by the Supervising Officer or his representatives.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Engineering or Building Studies, or equivalent;
• TCP T3 or equivalent;
• 5 years of local experience as a skilled worker in the field of Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering OR 3 years of relevant post-qualification local experience of site supervision of building services installations
• Certified Workers of Confined Spaces

Assistant Building Services Inspector (ABSI)

Responsibilities

• To investigate discrepancies and omissions in drawings and specifications;
• To monitor the work programme, drawings & material submission, logistic planning (etc.) of BS team or E&M sub-contractors;
• To ensure progress can be aligned with schedules;
• To supervise on-site BS installation work;
• Report to Head Office and support Project Engineer / Project Manager in site progress
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned 

Requirements 

• Diploma or High Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services from Hong Kong Polytechnic University/Polytechnic or the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education/Technical College/Technical Institute, or equivalent
• Attained language proficiency requirements of Level 2* or above in English Language and Chinese Language in HKCEE / HKDSE or equivalent;
• 3 years of relevant post-qualification local experience
