The incumbent will be responsible to support end-to-end HR process. He/she is expected to work closely with different departments to understand their business needs and conduct interviews.

Responsibilities:

• Support employees' full life cycle and be the HR focal point to dedicated business units
• Coordinate and participate in the recruitment process, prepare and place recruitment ads, prescreen applications, conduct interviews according to defined standards, etc.
• Build and maintain a close relationship with internal stakeholders to ensure that business needs are taken into consideration
• Work closely with the entire HR team to implement company's objectives and programs
• Prepare various HR reports and analysis for management review
• Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• University graduate in Business Administration with major in Human Resources Management is preferred
• At least 1 years of relevant HR working experience in a sizable organization.
• Proactive and detail-minded with strong communication and organizational skills
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently under tight timelines
• Has a growth mind set with a flexible can-do attitude
• Strong communication and writing skills in English and Chinese
• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations in Hong Kong
• Proficient in MS Office, SAP system usage is a plus
