• Responsible for the entire operations of manufacturing, including the management and coordination of daily activities to ensure high performance and production at all times
• Supervise staff regularly, provide advice and monitor staff performance, and perform assessments
• Manage KPIs for, including cost, efficiency, quality, and environmental.
• Arrange and manage the production schedule and communicate with other dept. to ensure the smoothness of operation to meet the production target
• Establish and review work process within production and make resource could be utilized high effectiveness
• Assist in quality and engineering matters
