Job Description
Principal Responsibilities
- Develop effective programme strategies and mechanics to drive card growth for different customer groups/segments via different channels
- Independently manage and ensure smooth programme implementation
- Drive digital acquisition for card
- Conduct market/portfolio analysis and segmentation study for acquisition and growth programme
- Conduct programme evaluation to facilitate learning and continuous improvements
- Manage budget and track expenses in accordance with the department’s guidelines
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely and effective coordination for the rollout of initiatives
- Ensure all activities adhere to established marketing processes and policies and reinforce the brand values
Requirements
- University graduate in business studies with a background in marketing is preferred
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally has worked for a banking/financial institution with involvement or a good understanding of banking products
- Proficient in data analysis, project management, advertising production and direct marketing with good commercial sense
- Hands-on experience in digital acquisition
- Strong communication skills, especially in written Chinese and English a must
- A team player with good interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Experienced in liaising with external business partners and suppliers
