Division: Customer Service Centre/ Online Operation

Job Responsibilities:

• The SME service plan and functional requirements of 5G CPE, including testing, acceptance, and launch
• Collaborate with government-enterprise sub-accounts to build functions on personal websites
• Be responsible for the content maintenance of small and medium-sized enterprise websites
• Be responsible for the collaborative support of sales and marketing activities

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in the Marketing or Statistics discipline or above
• At least 5 years relevant experience in mobile telecom industry
• Detail-minded, strong analytical abilities, planning and organization, critical thinking skills. Tactful and customer-oriented, with a positive attitude and a pleasant personality
• Familiar with PC software and database analysis tools
• Ability to work independently under pressure and be self-motivated
