Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily operations in Sales & Marketing Department;
• Conduct and consolidate regular reports of data analysis and sales plan in PRC with a high level of accuracy;
• Maintain internal sales platform i.e. SRMS, PSMS and external sales platform i.e. CRIC;
• Liaise with internal departments and external partners (prepare and participate in internal and external meetings);
• Handle and assist in ad hoc projects as assigned.

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in Real Estate/Marketing/Economics or related disciplines;
• Good knowledge in the operation process of real estate project development and sales in PRC;
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in PRC property sales and daily operation, sales platform operation and maintenance;
• Strong in data analysis and sensitive to figures;
• Proactive, responsible and be able to work independently and under pressure;
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills with good written & spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Good computer skills on MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OA system etc
• Travel to PRC is necessary.

• 整理及匯總分析報告, 包括數據統計及內地項目銷售計劃等；
• 維護內部數據系統(如:SRMS, PSMS)及外部數據系統(如:CRIC);
• 與公司不同部門及合作方做好協調溝通工作，參與跨部門公司會議及合作方會議；
• 協助處理由部門主管安排的其他工作。

崗位要求：

• 具備房地產、經濟學、市場營銷等本科學士或以上學歷；
• 了解中國內地房地產行業開發、銷售的運作流程；
• 具備至少5年內地房地產銷售及日常管理、銷售平台運營維護經驗；
• 有較強的邏輯思維能力、資料分析能力、文字表達能力及報告撰寫能力；
• 具有良好的人際溝通和協調能力；
• 較強的責任感以及抗壓能力；
• 能熟練使用電腦PowerPoint、word、excel 等辦公軟件、企業OA審批;
• 需到中國內地出差。
