Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement roadmap for fashion graphic artwork development from themes and concept, sketches, artworks until pre-production sample;
• Conduct marketing research and fashion trend analysis to ensure global and up-to-date fashion market trend to meet customer demands and leverage growth opportunities;
• Responsible for the design and production of apparel items but not limited to product concept, planning, production, brand direction, marketing;
• Work closely with different stakeholders to understand brand identity, sales strategies to ensure the right product is developed to achieve targets
• Prepare collection presentation board and other related product presentation materials;
• Ensure that product quality and specification are consistent with the design during the R&D processes;
• Assist ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Fashion Design/ Textiles/ Graphics or related disciplines;
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in apparel design role;
• Exceptional creative direction and concept development abilities;
• Proven track record of designing commercially successful collections
• Passion for ladies wear fashion and trend forecasting
• Fine eye for details on color and accessories;
• Strong understanding of fabric and material qualities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English;
• Good proficiency in Macintosh, Photoshop and Illustrator;
• Good team player and able to work independently.
